You have found SexyOldBag.com’s Super Secret page! You should feel very privileged; or maybe you should feel bad that your life is so boring that you were spending time snooping around my site.
Either way, welcome!

I created this page, because I figured most people don’t really want to know all the fine-print about me and my company, but I wanted to share the information with anyone who’s curious.
(Or bored, you know, whatever.)
I think it’s important that people know who and what they are supporting when they make a purchase.

I consider myself a conservationist, meaning I think we humans have a responsibility to our fellow creatures and the earth to use our superior brains to figure out better ways to improve our own lives and the lives of others, all without trashing the earth or creating unnecessary waste. Compared with the way people lived, say, 150 years ago, our lives are a lot easier and more convenient. I don’t want to go back to fetching water in a bucket, outhouses or candle light. But I think we have gone way over the line, and we’ve traded convenience for common sense. Just take a look in your garbage can and think about how long things are going to take to decompose, and where exactly they will be while they decompose.
If every person and household did just a few small things to help conserve our natural resources, it would really add up and make a big difference.
Here are a few ideas.
Save plastic bags, like the ones bread comes in. You can use them when you make homemade bread or rolls, or you can turn them inside out and use them as produce bags when you shop. (Turn them inside out so the checker won’t scan the barcode and charge you for bread when you’re really buying peaches.)
Use washable, reusable containers to store leftovers, instead of disposable bags or plastic wrap.
Buy in bulk and refill reusable containers.
Give old clothing to goodwill.
Use your Sexy Old Bags every time you go to a store!

So, here you go.
I am a stay-at-home mom. My husband works a lot of overtime hours, so I started this business to help a little bit financially, so he could be home with me and our two children a little more.
I make each and every bag myself.
I don’t make that much money on the bags - you’re really getting a wholesale price. I wanted them to be affordable for every household.
