We will accept returns of unused and unwashed bags, minus shipping charges.
(Please call us for an authorization number.)
Each lot of remnant bags is made from a different fabric, so mismatched bags are not defective! We think they’re sexy! So accept your Sexy Old Bag for everything it can do for you, without judging outward appearances!
That’s good life advice, too.
We offer exchanges for bags that are defective in materials or workmanship, but this does NOT include normal wear and tear from use. Each Sexy Old Bag is made with care, but they will eventually wear out. Life expectancy depends on how often you use them and the care you take with them.
